Due to the rapidly approaching Thanksgiving holiday, we asked students at Junction City High School what they are most thankful for.

Lanasia Cottner: “ I am most thankful for my friends, specifically Mariah and McKenzi because they really helped me emotionally to get through this extremely difficult year.  They’ve been there for me through some really hard times. ”

Gavin Lujan: “ What am I most thankful for? My girlfriend. She posts on her spam about me all the time and that’s pretty dope. It makes me get some clout. “

Mellana Davis: “My family. When no one else is there to support you, they have your back. When you need stuff they’re there for you. They’ll sacrifice their things to help you with your things. They sacrifice their time, their money, and their patience.”

Javon George: “I’m most thankful for my parents, because if it wasn’t for them I don’t know what I’d do. They help me with everything, and they push me to go forward.”

Marcel Fain: “My parents and friends, because they help me throughout life. I wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for my parents.”
