Lately there has been more critical observation in appearances with celebrities and news media promoting what is ‘beautiful.’ One of the growing concerns of our generation is our forehead, also known as the fivehead.

We asked the students of Junction City High School to talk about their opinion on their own forehead. There were some positive responses:

“It’s amazing” Said Luca De Novellis, Sophomore.

“I think it’s great. Covered by hair, but great.” Said Alejandro Azocar, Junior.

However, with this new “fivehead” trend there were some people who seemed to emphasize their forehead.

“It’s big and it can be shiny at times” Said Tymario Robbins, Senior.

“I think it’s pretty big and I want it smaller.” Said Jacy Howard, Sophomore.

“I wish the pimples weren’t on it. It’s ok” Karla Laroche, Junior.

There were also some questionable responses, such as:

“I sometimes think if my forehead is average size, but then I really wonder is it really average size?” Said Senior, Jessica Breese.

And then some just seemed to acknowledge it’s existence:

“It’s a forehead.” Bailey Kappel, freshman

“It’s a forehead.” Trinity Weisler, freshman

There are different sizes, shapes, and styles of foreheads and in the end, no matter what others say about your forehead embrace it! #EmbraceTheForehead
