Despite not winning the popular vote of the people, Trump is still most likely going to be the next president. The electors of the electoral college will gather together to officially decide on the president on December 19th. Clinton postponed her concession speech from the night of the election to the following morning where she congratulated Trump on a long and hard fought campaign and that she hopes to work with him throughout his presidency.
