On November 21, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 was released in theaters. One of the first things people notice about the new film is that it’s split up into two different movies. The previews that came out beforehand showed lots of action and you will be on the edge of your seat the entire time. The action and suspense will leave you gasping for air and full of adrenaline for the rest of the night.

There is something for everyone to love in this action-packed film. Whether you’re an explosion lover or a sappy romantic, you will see what you want to see. There isn’t a time in the movie where something doesn’t blow up or the main character Katniss Everdeen played by Jennifer Lawrence is showing her affection for Gale (Liam Hemsworth) or Peeta (Josh Hutcherson).

An important aspect to look at when watching the movie is how well the graphics were. The designers of this film did an amazing job making everything look believable. The costume and makeup designers also did very well with the looks of the characters and used their resources wisely to make the film look realistic.
