This fall Target has been getting some criticism from a group who have felt they have been excluded by most of the fashion world.

Targets’ new released fashion collaboration with the Paris born designer Alutzarra has left out plus sized clothing from his 50 piece fashion line. This is not an uncommon thing for the super market giant; not only this line but the entire store.

The 50 piece collection that premiered on September 14, features richly colored burgundy, sleek printed snake skin (imitation of course), and luxurious fabric like silk and other trends for this fall season.

One of the benefits of the Target collaborations is that it satisfies fashion lovers who seek low prices for quality clothing. However, full figured fashionista’s have been dissatisfied with Target’s lack of stylish plus sized clothing resulting in some who are boycotting the store.

Bloggers like Chasity Garner Valentine of Garnerstyle: The Curvy Girls Guide who typed a letter stating her break up from the Target store on the fact of not having a section for full figured women and she eloquently puts it as “it’s you, not me and for my own well-being and self-dignity I have to sever ties between us.” Even if you are not a full figured women or if you are and not a fashionista what do you think? Do bloggers like Chasity have a point? Or is it a topic blown out of proportion?
