The girls’ varsity softball team swept their two-game series against Shawnee Mission West on April, 8. The Lady Jays made quick work of the Vikings winning the first game of the doubleheader 13-1 in the 5th inning and winning their second game in three innings.
These two games were the first wins of the season, improving their record to 2-4. The Lady Jays will play Seaman High School on the road April 12.
