Important Information For Seniors!

As students prepare for graduation, it is imperative that all seniors stay on the right track in order to walk across the stage on May 22nd. Below is a composed list of of important dates and reminders for Junction City High School students and parents.
35 Community Service learning hours should be turned into Mrs.Nieves, in the SET office.
Wednesday May 18th is the last day of classes for all seniors. As a standing tradition at JCHS, seniors may wear their graduation gown, graduation caps will not be permitted.
Friday May 20th there will be a mandatory graduation practice at 9am in Shenk Gym, directly following the Senior Class picnic at Al Simpler Stadium
Sunday May 22nd the Baccalaureate (Christian Ceremony) will take place May 22nd at 3:30 pm in Settles Auditorium
May 22nd, Class of 2016 Graduation will begin promptly at 6:00 pm at Al Simpler Stadium. All graduating seniors need to report to shenk gym no later than 5:00 pm, in the proper attire. Administration has requested that you do not show up in your cap and gown, there will be clothing checks upon your arrival for graduation.
Also, on May 22nd Project Graduation will take place for only graduating seniors. Other information including location and time will be announced at a later date.
As we approach closer to the graduation date it is immensely important for seniors to do the following: Apply for state and local scholarships, as well as report any scholarships you have received to Mrs.Pinaire.
