Technology today is advancing at a rapid rate. It’s hard to find a person who doesn’t own a smartphone. With Apples not so recent release of the iPhone 6 they’ve been releasing updates almost back to back. With the new update iOS 8.3 not much changed for the iPhone users (like usual). Except for the new emoji keyboard. They didn’t really add much, but that wasn’t the plan. The plan was to make the people and hand gestures more ethnically diverse. With people all over the world wide web complaining about how there were no emojis in their skin tone, Apple finally listened and changed it.

“We have starving children, but no big deal. At least we have diverse emojis.” said Junior, Alycia Cardamone who is unhappy about the new Apple update.

With many people disliking Apple’s change to the keyboard, will we see it stick around, or will Apple be making a quick retreat and change things back to how they were?
